I cannot further extend the time for her grand jury appearance. With respect to Mr. Beller, I think I understand the miscommunication. The subpoena for documents relates only to NES, and Mr. Beller is being subpoenaed as an NES witness (i.e., he is being subpoenaed to testify regarding his work at NES). However, the subpoena for Mr. Beller' s testimony is not obviated by NES 's compliance with the document subpoena addressed to it.
