I have a few questions. I still haven't received the transcript of my last meeting with Naimah, which she indicated in her email of Feb 20th she would provide me at the time. Has this been sent? In order to better prepare for our meeting, I have a few questions about what you wrote. I am surprised by the list you provided, and confused by the statement that the allegations 'known at this time include but are not limited to' just before you provide a list of general allegations. Does this mean that these are the ones you are considering? Also, do these comprise complaints made to the University or also allegations that appeared online? If a combination, could you describe which is which? What is the policy regarding treating online allegations, tweets etc? Is there a policy regarding the University's jurisdiction in responding to such and what my rights are with regard to such? Thanks a lot for your attention in this matter. I have decided to retain you in advance of Tuesday, as I believe I can benefit from your advice on how to respond at that time to what I am confronted with at the meeting. I am filling out the paperwork and sending it to your office today. Once you have been retained, I will send you the most recent 3 brief emails from the Office of Equity and inclusion at MU to bring you up to date, and then hopefully we can have a discussion either friday or monday or on the weekend to help me prepare.
