The argument is being considered by Criminal Division and OLP. Kim wanted to know what Edwards' objective in this case is, and whether he would agree to meet and try to resolve this. I told Kim that the only way to avoid our filing at 5:00 p.m. today is if Edwards' agree to a joint enlargement of time. How reasonable do you think Edwards is? Dexter 621 EFTA00180146
