Mark M. Lubin was an FBI forensic accountant assigned to the FBI's New York office who played a key investigative role in the Jeffrey Epstein case, analyzing financial records and coordinating evidence gathering from multiple financial institutions.
Lubin appears extensively in the Epstein files as the FBI agent who requested and received financial records from PayPal and other payment processors between August-October 2019, shortly after Epstein's arrest and death. His email address ([email protected]) appears on official law enforcement requests for user account information, transaction histories, and payment records.
