ddendum, schedule or other separate document delivered by Customer or Bank that relates to this Agreement, or (iv) under any other agreement between Customer and Bank; (b) Customer fails to make payment when due or otherwise fails to perform under any agreement for borrowed money, or any obligation of Customer fo
