I hope all is well. Per our discussion earlier this week we follow up with =ragonwave on an exact date of delivery. Dragonwave has informed us that =he radios (Long lead item) would ship by no later than 7/29. Net of this, we would like to plan for the following to help =itigate the timing delay of the radio arrival and try to keep the =nstallation timing as tight as possible and stick to the original solution using =he Enhanced Multi-Carrier solution. Sequence of Events: Pre-ship all materials besides the radios (To arrive in =arket the week of 7/25 or earlier) Antennas, Mounts, Installation Materials, Cable, etc. • FT build crew to arrive in market on Sunday 7/31/16 • FT will begin the construction on 8/1/16 starting with the =ain Residence Location • Once the main residence location is complete, we will move to =andia Crest • By the time FT is CONSTRUCTION COMPLETE on both ends the =adios will arrive in market. • FT will then pre-configure the radios at the main residence =ocation and then install them on each end • Once the radios are installed, FT will begin the link =lignment. (We would expect to be at this point by Friday 8/5/16 • In the case the Sandia Crest to Main Residence location does =ot meet the performance requirements, we will then go build the ZDC tower and relay the connection through =here Please review and let us know if we can move forward on this =asis. We need your confirmation, so that we can finalize the FCC =icensing to be the enhanced multi-carrier product. Our preference would be to maintain this plan, but will defer to you for guidance.
