Because the Estate cannot survive the indefinite "hold" placed on the Estate's account at FirstBank as the result of the Criminal Activity Lien Notices recently issued by your office, and because FirstBank has informed us that it will maintain that hold absent "an Order from a court of appropriate jurisdiction releasing the [Government's] lien claims," the Co-Executors have today sought an order from the Superior Court releasing all funds necessary for the routine administration of the Estate and the preservation of its assets.
