I will reach out to our VNS coordinator at HQ to see if they can identify which ones were sent out; and get back to you. My hope is that we can get copies of those prior notifications to provide to their counsel. I will also check with on our end. We were able to locate some that we did not believe we had. We have separated the ones that we do not have into two different categories to make it easier for you. EFTA00153833
The following individuals were identified in the NPA and have misplaced their original victim notification letter: The following victims attended briefings and/or provided interviews. If any of them did not provide an interview and your office requires an interview prior to receiving a victim notification letter from victim services, please let us know who and we will arrange those. We have several clients who did not attend a briefing and who have not been interviewed, but would provide an interview that we can help set up at your convenience with the FBI and/or your office, whichever you think makes most sense under the individual circumstances.
