(other than of course I am wrong 100% of the time.:)) I was planning to make this first meeting an information session where I could ask questions, but not necessarily respond at that time to the allegations. I'm happy to include her in the substance of the defense as we dig in, but I don't think she should be on our day to day emalls. It's ultimately your call, of course. Here's my main question about the 10th: is it supposed to be an interview of you, in order to get your responses to their questions? That's what Erin's email makes it sound like (she calls it an "Interview"). If so, then we simply cannot do It on the 10th. We need much more time to dig in to this, and you only get one bite at the apple here. I know changing your flight would be a pain, but it's not that much money and is worth it in the long term. If, instead, this meeting Is simply for you to obtain additional information about some of the allegations, and not to respond to anything, then that's fine —I can Join by phone, and we can listen. But we need to clarify this ASAP—It will piss off Erin if she thinks it's an interview and you walk in with a lawyer unwilling to answer questions. Let me know if you have any questions.
