I told him that Judge Marra had not dismissed the victims' petition, and explained the parties were determining whether an evidentiary hearing was necessary. He asked if both Jane Doe No. 1 and No. 2 were present in court, and I told him yes. lie also asked if the government's response would be available on PACER.
