We also see nothing in the conduct of the USAO that gives us any reason to doubt that the case is being handled professionally. We briefed the DAG on it yesterday and he agrees. The attached late submission throws a slight wrinkle into this, but I think we can still satisfy your timetable. I have asked Starr and Lefkowitz for an electronic version of whatever he is going to send, to be sent this morning. I am going to schedule a telephone conference for this afternoon or this evening to let them know, but I thought you should know so you can start planning.
