They are doing some legal research and talking with the state, and Jay thinks that they should have a proposed agreement by late tonight or early tomorrow morning. I am going to send hini our last version of the Non-Prosecution Agreement so that he has a template to work from. Jay has my numbers in case I need to go home early and any questions come up.
