On that, you suggested noon earlier — any chance it be possible to do 1:00 instead? If the time has already gone around as noon, that's no problem at all, but would give us a little more breathing room after a separate meeting if we could do 1:00. But truly no problem if not. Also, I'm attaching subpoenas for each of the 10 initial approach individuals (as well as one PDF that has all of them, in case that's easier for printing). They're all dated Friday, on the theory that if he was coming in tomorrow we'd already know, so they can be used anytime Friday or later. I think everybody can get a subpoena except potentially for — we totally trust you guys to make that call in the moment, depending on how the approach goes. Including it in case you decide it makes sense to serve.
