Epstein A hearing is scheduled for 10:30 AM on Tuesday. A lot of the victims want to come to SDNY and are requesting transportation, hotel and per diem. This is not for the normal al Pretrial and trial. The Court has ordered a hearing in connection with the nolle Prosequi order proposed to the Court. At the hearing Counsel for the victims and victims will be heard. How do I pay for them to come into New York. Victims are calling from Australia and Barcelona to come into New York.
