THOMAS, U.S.V.I. 00801 AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT made this _ ti day of May, 2016 by and between owner of property which is located at Great St. James Islands and JERMAINE E. McCLEAN of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, referred to as the Architect. DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: The Architect shall prepare construction drawings for a 20'x20'x8' reinforced concrete cistern. PERFORMANCE: All work shall be performed in accordance with the International Residential Code, Plumbing Code, Electrical Code, and the Virgin Islands Building and Zoning Laws. The design and construction documentation work will be completed in 2 weeks which is agreed to between Owner and Architect, commencing May _, 2016 and ending May , 2016. The completed drawings should be submitted to the Department of Planning and Natural Resources. The Architect's responsibility is to provide an approved set of construction drawings as provided in this Agreement. REIMBURSEMENT: Reimbursements such as blueprints, copies, application submission fees to the respective Government Agencies fees shall be paid for by the owner. Reproduction cost: Photo Copies, Blueprints, and Maps from Cadastral OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES: The Owner shall provide full information about the objectives, schedule, constraints and existing conditions of the project, and shall establish a budget with reasonable contingencies that meets the project requirements.
