Even if Jack Lang is not beh=nd it, the document is Very French. In fact it reminds me the most o= Rousseau's EMILE, an educational book that has been extremely influential for centuries, even though I dont thin= anyone has ever followed Rousseau's recipes. Its not that I disagree with the content--in fact, it is very imultiple=intelligencele, very artistic, very cosmopolitan-- all of which I like. B=t it is phrased at such a general level that it's not clear who could use =t or what use could be made of it.
