2 11 /22/2019 C-19; 90A-NY-3151227: JEFFREY EPSTEIN - VICTIM; DEATH INVESTIGATION; C/A SA On 11/19/2019, TOVA NOEL and MICHAEL THOMAS, the two Correctional Officers at MCC who were on duty the night Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide, were indicted by a Federal Grand Jury in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York. NOEL was indicted on 5 counts of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 1001(a)(3) and 2 (False Records) and 1 count of Title 18, United States Code, section 371 (Conspiracy). THOMAS was indicted on 3 counts of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 1001(a)(3) and 2 and 1 count of Title 18, United States Code, section 371.
