(DE 104). Jane Does 2-7 agree to modify the trial and scheduling order deadlines. See DE 112. The Court having reviewed the motion and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Epstein’s Motion to Continue (DE 104) is GRANTED as to Jane Does 2-7, as follows: 1. These cases are reset for trial on the two-week calendar commencing Tuesday, June 1, 2010. Counsel for all parties shall appear at a calendar call commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 28, 2010. 2. The pretrial deadlines set forth in the scheduling orders for Jane Doe’s 2-7 are amended as follows: Discovery Cutoff - December 11, 2009; Substantive Pretrial Motions - January 8, 2010 3. All other aspects of the previously-entered scheduling orders remain in full force and effect. Epstein’s Motion to Continue (DE 104) is RESERVED as to C.M.A. and to Jane Doe (80893) until a response is filed or the deadline to respond has passed.
