The following issues have to be resolved ASAP: 1) The account is in the name of Financial Trust Company (not Jeffrey). The Tax Id # ending in-s that of Jeffreys not of Financial Trust Company. Also. Jeffreys name is on the 1099. 2) a corporation is exempt from Forms 1099 reporting requirements. Therefore this erroneous 1099 should be voided (not corrected). Under separate email I will forward to you the corrected statement that I received. (use the following password to open Ma. it doesn't appear to be a 1099, and the correction shows income items in this account).
