But the real reason for the summit, was to enable French, UK and to a lesser extent, American and other NATO countries (companies) gain 'favorite status' access to the more than $300 to $500 billion in contracts that will be awarded over the next seven years while the TNC embarks on rebuilding their country and jump starting the economy.
