RICO Of COUNSEL Dear Bob and Kathy: As per the Settlement Agreements and with regard to your above-referenced clients, I am enclosing trial subpoenas both for the I case and as well for Jane Does 2 through 7 for their respective trial periods. As per Section 4 of each Agreement, both you and Kathy are deemed to have full authority to accept subpoena on behalf of each of the aforementioned clients. We have enclosed a witness fee for each of them. Pursuant to the Agreement we are bound by the No-Contact Order. In almost all instances, we do not have your clients' address or phone number, which we would have otherwise obtained through discovery; and neither myself nor my agent, who would be a process server, is allowed to contact these individuals. Therefore, please advise your clients that they are served; must be available to testify at any of these trials; and that they are to continue to provide their addresses and phone numbers to you such that ses do go to trial, they will be available for us to call.
