Chomsky Revocable Trust (the "Trust"). I understand that on behalf of Noam Chomsky you have been in touch with Max Kohlenberg to discuss various issues related to the administration of the Trust. Specifically, I am aware that you have made a request for a distribution to Noam to make certain tax payments and that you have proposed changes to the administration of the Trust so that Noam may have greater access to the Trust funds.
