Remember that we are not being ordered to unseal it. The District Court of Appeals has ordered the county court judge to unseal the copy of the agreement that appears in Epstein's state criminal case file. I do not have an exact copy of that document. I do not want our office to be accused of "breaching" the agreement by disclosing it. In fact, the agreement says that we will not disclose it and we will give Epstein's lawyers notice if we have received a FOIA request and plan to disclose it. My guess is that either the Palm Beach Post or the Smoking Gun or someone else will post it on the intemet as soon as they get it. Once that happens, I will download a copy and give that to you, or tell you where people can get a copy of it. For now, just send everyone to the Palm Beach County STATE Courthouse. Thanks.
