I explained that we can't turn over that evidence; the attorney would have to make a FOIA request to the FBI; but I agreed to find out whether the tape still exists. Can you find out whether FBI still has custody of the tape? If you do have it, please maintain it until a FOIA request is made and FOIA counsel can determine whether or not it needs to be produced.
