In addition, the General Partner may provide certain information to the other Limited Partners, as well as to the Access Fund's accountants, attorneys and other service providers as necessary to effect, administer and enforce the Access Fund and its Partners' rights and obligations, or as otherwise may be required by applicable law, rule or regulation.
