98 10.2. Subsequent Closings. (a) The Member Designee is hereby authorized to schedule one or more additional Closings on any date not later than the Final Underlying Fund Closing Date to admit Additional Members to the Fund or to permit previously admitted Members to increase their Capital Commitments (Additional Members and prev
