nts may be based, in part, upon the premise that real estate businesses and assets will be available for purchase by the Partnership at prices that the General Partner and the Investment Advisor consider favorable. Further, the Partnership's strategy relies, in part, upon local market recoveries continuing during the term of the Partnership.
