arunent; penalty-- (1) As used in this section, the term: (a)1. -Sexual offender' means a person who meets the criteria in sub-subparagraph a., sub- subParawaph b., sub-subparagraph c., or sub-subparagraph d., as follows: a.(I) Has been convicted of committing, or attempting, soliciting, or conspiring to commit
