or the Southern District of Florida for the appointment of a representative who is: (a) a lawyer: (b) independent; (c) selected by a federal judge; and(d) 'mid for by the federal court or, in consultation with Epstein's counsel, the United States shall select a representative who shall be paid for by Ettste
