stration and updating requirements of this chapter: (1) Sex offenders who are presently incarcerated in the 'territory or under the supervision of the Office of Probation and Parole of the Territory, whether for a covered sex offense or other crime, (2) Sex offenders already registered or subject to a pre-existing sex offende
