ppraised Value; provided, however if the Estate Value of the Deceased Member's Interest would have resulted in a higher or lower Purchase Price for the Surviving Member's Interest, then the Purchase Price payable pursuant to this Section (d) shall be appropriately adjusted to reflect such Estate Value.
