a Member, the Surviving Member shall have the right (the "Survivor's Call Right") to purchase from the estate of the Deceased Member (the "Estate") the Membership Interest of the Deceased Member (the "Deceased Member's Interest"), which right may be exercised by the Surviving Member's delivery of a written notice (the "Call Notice")
