ps, surveys, plats, soil reports, engineering studies, environmental studies, or other inspection reports pertaining to the Property (collectively, the "Seller Information") are being delivered to Purchaser on an AS-IS, WHERE IS, AND WITH ALL FAULTS basis, solely as a courtesy.
