Contractor shall, upon delivery of the Certificate of Occupancy. assign to Owner such warranties that are readily assignable. 17.5 INSPECTIONS AND PUNCHLISTS: Owner shall have the right to inspect the Property prior to Substantial Completion. Such inspection must be completed and a report furnished to Con
