e Foundation is wound up, any residual assets after the satisfaction of any proper debts and liabilities shall be distributed to any one or more of the Beneficiaries of the Foundation in such shares as the Board of Administrators shall in its absolute discretion determine but subject to the restrictions indicated in article 14(b)
