IES OR FOREIGN ENTITIES OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS (a) Authorization to Offer other Financial Services to International Banking Entities or Foreign Entities Outside of the U.S. Virgin Islands. Every IBE may apply to the Director for authorization to offer other types of financial services which are not set forth
