any provisions that may be expressly permitted by the Trust Indenture Act of 1939, as amended, or 'The Act," excluding the provisions referred to in Sections 316(aX2) and 316(b) of the Act as in effect at the date as of which the applicable indenture was executed or any corresponding provision in any similar fed
