Into Networks CyberScoop (11/07, Kapko) reported that Aleksei Olegovich Volkov, a 25-year-old Russian national, pleaded guilty to participating in Yanluowang ransomware attacks. Volkov, also known as "chubaka.kor", served as an initial access broker and faces a maximum penalty of up to 53 years in prison.
