When the user says, e.g., "Grab the red ball", the agent needs to figure out which specific ball the user is referring to - i.e. it needs to invoke the Reference Resolution (RR) process. RR uses the information in the sentence to select instances and also a few heuristic rules. Broadly speaking, Reference Resolution maps n
