Sheet. 7.2 The Effective Date of the Settlement shall be conditioned on the occurrence of all of the following events: (a) the Court has entered the Preliminary Approval Order, or an order substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto or as may be subsequently agreed to by the Settling Parties per ¶ 7.3 below, di
