the release of Released Plaintiff Parties, which, if known by him, her, or it, might have affected his, her, or its settlement with and release of the Released Plaintiff Parties. With respect to (a) any and all Released Plaintiffs' Claims, and (b) any and all Released Defendants' Claims, the Settling Parties stipulate and ag
