t approximately 6:35 pm., while conducting routine rounds inside of 9 north unit, staff was approached by an inmate identified as, Orsini-Quintero, Nichol Reg. No. 19732-104, who reported that he was a victim of an assault. Staff immediately called for assistance and waited for responding staff to arrive.
