20 at approximately 6:35 p.m. while conducting routine rounds Inside 9 North Unit. Staff was approached by an inmate identified as, Orsini-Quintero, Michoi Reg. No. 19732-104, who then reported he was the victim of an assault. Staff immediately called for assistance and waited for responding staff to arriv
