at the sole expense of Seller, against all claims and demands whatsoever. EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTIES OF SELLER SET FORTH IN THE PRECEDING SENTENCE, TIM AIRCRAFT IS HEREBY SOLD TO PURCHASER IN ITS "AS IS, WHERE IS" CONDITION AND "WITH ALL FAULTS."
