any notice or communication sent via facsimile, to the addresses set forth in the Term Note Agreement. 7.5 Continuing Lien and Security Interest; Transfer, Release of Mortgage Collateral- Termination of Mortgage. (a) In addition to the other Security Documents, this Mortgage shall create a continuing lien and security in
