ligations are, and shall, in accordance with the terms of the Loan Documents, continue to be, secured by, among other things, the Financed Aircraft the Additional Aircraft and the other collateral described in the Loan Documents; (e)Agent has a first priority perfected security interest in, and lien on, the Financed Ai
