I 9 A. Borrower has executed an Aircraft Security Agreement (SIN RK-244) dated as of November 16, 2011 (as amended and assigned from time to time, the-Security Agreement') in favor of Agent as more fully described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. Pursuant to the Security Agreement, Borrower has gr
