The Assignor specifically requests the CZM's approval and consent to the Assignment of the Permits and provides with the Application for Consent to Transfer the Permits, the following: (a) an original Assignment of Coastal Zone Management Permit Nos. CZT-4-99(W), CZT-53-85(SL) and CZT-81- 87
