MS) has previously been shown to induce so-called paradoxical improvement of performance through "disinhibition" processes (11ilgetag et al. 2001; Kobayashi et al. 2004: Fecteau et al. 2007). Kobayashi et al. (2004) have, for example, demonstrated that suppression of the primary motor cortex by low-frequency (EMS e
