5. Subsequent to the balance sheet date, between June and July 2015, the Company borrowed approximately $225,000 under this loan from the Sponsor. Administrative Service Agreement and Services Agreement The Company has agreed to pay $10,000 a month for office space, utilities and administrative support to the Sponsor, Global Partner Sponsor I LLC.
